This had already produced a live collision: ValueSet DpiModeIn and CodeSystem DpiModeIn shared the same name and id (same for DpiModeOut). Added an explicit Id: and the type suffix to each, per resource-templates.md's CodeSystem/ValueSet entries; the FormBuilder id==name exception does not apply since these are hand-authored FSH, not FormBuilder output.
2025-02-02createDavid OuagneBackfilled retrospectively (2026-08-05 compliance remediation): the DPI (local hospital EHR) administrative-gender and encounter-type CodeSystems and ValueSets, and the ConceptMap standardizing DPI gender to HL7 administrative-gender, were first committed together 2025-02-02 per git history (commit fe1b1a1, followed across later renames), to support the EHR-to-FHIR transforms.
